Refund policy

I am sure you will love your unique pottery piece! But if it is not the case you can ship it back in 14 days receiving it.

-Send me an email in 7 buisines days on receiving your item at : lilotstudio@gmail.com

-I will evaluate and confirm that you can ship it back

-The return shipping cost is on your side

-I advise using a tracked service and ask that items are repackaged as they were received, using the same packaging. Please ensure each piece is individually wrapped and there is sufficient padding around the edge of the box. 

-Unfortunately, if they are not packaged sufficiently and become damaged during transit, I will be unable to refund those items.

-I will process your refund as soon as we receive delivery of the items to be returned. This can take up to 7 working days to clear.
